Spiritual Consistency Isn’t About Discipline

If you’ve ever struggled with being “consistent,” you’re not alone.

Most of us have been taught that consistency requires willpower, structure, or even shame.
But for those of us walking a spiritual path, there’s another way.

Let’s Talk About Devotion

When you do something because it nourishes you—not because you have to— you’re practicing devotion.

It’s not a checkbox.
It’s a love note to your soul.

Devotion Looks Like...

  • Sitting quietly with your tea and asking, “What do I need today?”

  • Pulling a card, even if you don’t “feel intuitive” that day

  • Pausing before a decision to listen inward

  • Returning to your altar, your breath, your prayer

You Don’t Need Discipline to be Spiritual

Your spiritual practice should support you, not shame you.
You’re allowed to be inconsistent.
You’re allowed to begin again.
You’re allowed to change your mind.

This month, I invite you to ask:
What feels like devotion in this season?

That’s where your magic lives.
