The Practice of Coming Back

Healing doesn't happen in a single moment.

Neither does alignment.

It's something we return to — again and again.

In quiet moments. In community. In practice.

It's easy to drift. To get pulled into the noise of the world and slowly, without meaning to, lose the thread back to yourself.

But here's what I've learned:

The thread is always still there.

Your tools are still here. Your intuition is still speaking. Your Guides haven't gone anywhere.

You just have to come back.

What returning actually looks like

Recommitment doesn't have to be dramatic.

It doesn't require a grand gesture or a complete overhaul.

It can look like:

  • Picking up the practice you set down three months ago

  • Sitting quietly for five minutes before the day begins

  • Asking yourself what you're actually feeling — and listening for the answer

  • Coming back to community when you've been isolating

It can look like simply saying:

I'm here. I'm ready. I'm listening again.

Questions worth sitting with this month

As August begins, consider:

  • What am I returning to?

  • What practices feel alive in me right now?

  • Where have I been drifting — and where do I want to recommit?

Integration isn't about doing more.

It's about honoring what you've already received.

You don't have to be perfect.

You just have to come back.

Something is coming

And as you return to yourself this month — as you reconnect with your tools, your knowing, your path —

I want you to stay close.

Because this September, I'm sharing something that feels like the next natural step for women who have been doing exactly this kind of inner work.

More soon.
